Enrolment – Payment Plans – Terms and Conditions

Enrolment Terms and Conditions for Products/Bonuses/Services/Seminars/Workshops

These terms and conditions form a part of a Borregor Pty Ltd T/as Website Marketing First enrolment agreement with you and apply to the Marketing, Seminars, Workshops and Coaching you have specified overleaf and for which you wish to enroll to the exclusions of all other terms and conditions issued or stipulated by anyone other than Borregor Pty Ltd T/as Website Marketing First.  In these terms and conditions, all references to ‘us’ and ‘we’ mean Borregor Pty Ltd T/as Website Marketing First.

1.      Payment for Enrolments/Services – Paid in Full Option
You must pay in full at the time of your enrolment to qualify for the special ‘paid in full’ pricing.  If this condition is not met you will be placed on a payment plan.

2.      Enrolment Deposit – Payment Plan Option
We will not accept your enrolment until we receive a payment from you equal to or greater than the minimum deposit.  If your enrolment deposit is not equal to the minimum deposit required, this amount will be held in credit and may not be refunded outside of the cooling off period. (10 Days)

3.      Payment For Enrolments/Services – Payment Plan Option
If you choose to use a payment plan, your workshops must be fully paid for before attending.  Marketing/Coaching will be an 18mth ongoing plan. You must advise us of your financial details on the date of your enrolment for a payment plan to be set up.  Should these details not be provided we reserve the right to cancel your enrolment within 7days and a refund will not be available.

4.      Changing Payment Plan
Any changes to your payment plan must be received in writing to admin@websitemarketingfirst.com 10 days prior to your next scheduled debit date.  Refunds will not be given due to your failure to notify us within this time frame.  18 mth payment plans for ongoing Marketing / Coaching will only be cancelled at the discretion of Borregor P/L

5.      Cancelling your Contract Agreement before the 10 day cooling off period
If you choose to cancel your enrolment for any reason within the 10 calendar days of completing our enrolment form  (the ‘cooling-off’ period) then we will refund you the total amount you have paid to us less the value of any product and services received.  Please note all product is non-refundable.  Please allow up to 10 business days after your refund has been approved for your refund to be processed.

6.      Cancelling your Contract Agreement after the 10 days cooling off period
If you choose to cancel your enrolment for seminars/workshops/coaching for any reason after the cooling-off period you will receive a credit.  Credits may not be claimed as refunds, but may be applied towards an enrolment in any other seminar or product offered by Borregor Pty Ltd T/as Website Marketing First.  The credit will be for the total amount you have paid less product and services costs and a cancellation fee – as follows:

7.      Enrolment Cancellation and Product Costs
Products and bonus items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-transferable.  If you choose to cancel your seminar/workshop enrolment for any reason, the value of any product and bonus items received with your enrolment will be deducted from any credit that you may be eligible for.   Restitution will also be required for any shortfall in payments made that do not meet the costs of goods and services provided. A details costing will be supplied.

8.      Partner Discount
If you have enrolled in this event/services as a partner of a full-paying participant and you have received a partner discount on the seminar/workshop/training, should your full-paying partner cancel, your discount will no longer apply and you will be required to pay the full fee for the course.  Should your full-paying partner change to a payment plan then your discount will be the payment plan discount price. Partner discount is only for spouse, de facto spouse or formal business partner nominated at the time of the enrolment agreement.

9.      Non Attendance
Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not attend an event/conference/workshop. Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to admin@websitemarketingfirst.com   A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 3 working days and fees refunded within 10 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.

12.    Intellectual Property
All material relating to Borregor Pty Ltd T/as Website Marketing First is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights.  The copyright in all such materials remains the property of their owners and may not be recorded, used or reproduced, without the written permission of the copyright owner.  You agree not, at any time, to do anything that would infringe the intellectual property rights in such materials.

13.    General
The laws of the state of Queensland govern this agreement.  Should any part of this agreement be determined by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will be unaffected.  This agreement may not be varied except with the written approval of Borregor Pty Ltd T/as Website Marketing First.  All terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are excludable are excluded from this agreement.  Such terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable are not excluded from this agreement but our liability for breach of such conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable is limited to the total amount paid by you to Borregor Pty Ltd T/as Website Marketing First under this agreement.

14.    Physical Deliverables and Payment Plans
In the case where a product offering contains physical deliverables and the client elects to pay via a payment plan, delivery of the product shall be staggered at the sole discretion of Borregor Pty Ltd T/as Website Marketing First or their agents/partners responsible for supplying the product.
