Refund Policy for:

Payment Plans and Products/Bonuses/Services/Seminars/Workshops

Cancelling your Contract Agreement before the 10 day cooling off period

If you choose to cancel your enrolment for any reason within the 10 calendar days of completing our enrolment form  (the ‘cooling-off’ period) then we will refund you the total amount you have paid to us less the value of any product and services received.  Please note all product is non-refundable.  Please allow up to 10 business days after your refund has been approved for your refund to be processed.

Cancelling your Contract Agreement after the 10 days cooling off period

If you choose to cancel your enrolment for any reason after the cooling-off period you will receive a credit.  Credits may not be claimed as refunds, but may be applied towards an enrolment in any other seminar or product offered by ‘Borregor Pty Ltd’ T/as ‘Website Marketing First’  The credit will be for the total amount you have paid less product and services costs and a cancellation fee – as follows:

If payment has been setup on our monthly ‘Payment Plan’ and payments received is not equal to the services and goods supplied, this amount will be held in credit and may not be refunded outside of the cooling off period.  Restitution will also be required for any shortfall in payments made that do not meet the costs of goods and services provided. A detailed costing will be supplied.

Non Attendance

Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not attend an event/conference/workshop. Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to admin@websitemarketingfirst.com   A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 3 working days and fees refunded within 10 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.

Enrolment Cancellation and Product Costs

Products and bonus items are non-returnable, non- refundable and non-transferable.  If you choose to cancel your enrolment for any reason, the value of any product and bonus items received with your enrolment will be deducted from any credit that you may be eligible for.   Restitution will also be required for any shortfall in payments made that do not meet the costs of goods and services provided. A details costing will be supplied.

Refunds Policy for: Website Development

For Web Design Projects: Refunds are available in the event of

1) If you are not satisfied with initial and subsequent design mock up then you’re entitled to get a refund less any industry costs. (Eg: URL purchase, Web hosting)

2) We didn’t start your project at all within a reasonable time or we’re unable to start soon.

3) You want to cancel the project within 24 hours of making payment.

For Web Development projects including platforms used by Website Marketing First, E-commerce design & development, the total project cost is usually divided into three parts. Based on project requirement and specification design and development, cost can be different. For example ⅓ is design part and ⅔ is development part. So in the case after design approval if we are unable to finish the project then you’ll get a ⅔ refund if all payment was received in full.

If you have taken advantage of our payment plan then this plan will continue until all Design costs are covered.

If after design and development is completed and you don’t wish to continue, then there will not be any refund whatsoever.
